How to Track your Order
- A received order is shipped within 36 hours after the payment is completed (weekend & national holidays excluded). After the shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during checkout.
- For Regular shipping (Free), tracking is divided into two parts. Once a package is in transit within South Korea, you can track it by entering its tracking number in the search box below. If the package is moving within its destination country, you should move to the corresponding postal service website by selecting the package’s destination country from the below list of countries. Unfortunately, most countries’ postal services do not provide tracking information for Regular shipping (Free).
- Tracking information for Express shipping (Free), regardless of the package’s destination country, is available by putting its tracking number in the search box below (Express shipping is not available yet).
- Average delivery time for Regular shipping (Free) is 10~21 business days from the day of shipment (Only regular shipping is available now).
- Average delivery time for Express shipping (Free) is 3~5 business days from the day of shipment (Not available yet).
- Some deliveries might take longer than expected depending on your local customs, severe weather, or the holiday season rush.
