Thank you for visiting MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to avoid unnecessary disputes which may be caused by purchasing items from the website. These “Terms and Conditions” are effective as of September, 2013.

Responsibility & Limitation

  • All customers are required to understand and follow applicable regulations and laws in their countries for purchasing products from the website. MuHan Trade has no responsibility for all issues which may be incurred pertaining to these regulations and laws.
  • Generally, importing commodities under $200 (USD) for personal consumption is exempted from duties and taxes. However, MuHan Trade cannot be 100% certain that no duties or taxes will be charged worldwide since some nations may from time to time use the international postal rules and standards.
  • It is considered that all customers are familiarized with these terms and conditions just before purchasing products from the website in accordance with the agreement on the checkout page.
  • MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com) is ready to provide assistance when needed. For most queries, customers are requested to make contact with customer support representatives at support@coolcutebackpacks.com (Click here!).
  • MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com) never allows chargebacks. In accordance with the terms and conditions, if we make a mistake during any part of the ordering process, we will issue a full refund or reship the order. Thus, all customers are required to contact customer support representatives first if they have any problems. However, customers who threaten to chargeback will be completely banned from making future purchases on the website. Furthermore, we will provide all of their information, including their IP addresses, to all processing agencies.

Pricing

  • All prices on the front-end store are displayed in US dollar (USD). Thus, payments will be completed in US dollar (USD).
  • If charges are incurred during order cancellation, refunds or returns will be calculated in US dollar (USD) as well.
  • The prices on the store may be modified depending on economic fluctuation and business conditions without any notice in advance.

Shipping & Delivery

  • A received order is shipped within 36 hours after the payment is completed (weekend & national holidays excluded). After the shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during checkout.
  • As an exception, orders received on weekend or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day in our local time (GMT+9) due to post office closure on weekend and holidays.
  • Average delivery time for Regular shipping (Free) is 10~21 business days from the day of shipment (Only regular shipping is available now).
  • Average delivery time for Express shipping (Free) is 3~5 business days from the day of shipment (Not available yet).
  • Express shipping (Free) will only apply to corresponding items over $150 (USD) at the fixed price (Not applied yet).
  • Each shipping method will be decided according to the price of the corresponding item (Not applied yet).
  • We pack items in strong, durable plastic bags with an air bubble pouch inside to protect them from any damage. Furthermore, we identify the contents as “Backpack” for quicker customs clearance and faster delivery service.
  • You must sign upon delivery for all parcels shipped via registered air mail.
  • All customers are supposed to contact customer support representatives if they do not receive their orders after one month from the day of order.
  • Some deliveries might take longer than expected depending on your local customs, severe weather, or the holiday season rush.

Track Order

  • For Regular shipping (Free), tracking is divided into two parts. Once a package is in transit within South Korea, you can get its tracking information provided by Korea post at https://www.ssantas.com/order-tracking/. If the package is moving within its destination country, you should go to the postal service website of the package’s destination country. Unfortunately, most postal services do not provide tracking information for Regular shipping (Free).
  • Tracking information for Express shipping (Free) is available at https://www.ssantas.com/order-tracking/ regardless of the package’s destination country (Not available yet).
  • Tracking information in transit within South Korea is provided by Korea Post. For more information, please Click here!.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order without any additional charge if the order has not been shipped. Otherwise, original handling & shipping costs and return fee ($3.85) will be charged for the cancellation. Thus, for a cancellation, you need to contact customer support representatives at support@coolcutebackpacks.com (Click here!) as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Full refund or reship: if an order is not shipped because of technical problems or is lost/stolen in delivery, or if you receive defective merchandise or an incorrect product.
  • Partial refund for that order less handling & shipping costs and return fee ($3.85) when the package is returned to the company because of an incorrect shipping address provided while placing the order or an absence of address. The partial refund will be offered only when we receive the package back. Please double check your address while placing an order.
  • Please keep in mind that in the case of lost or stolen packages, the investigation might take up to two months to get a final result from Korea post.

Returns

  • All returns must be requested within 7 days from the day of the receipt. No other return requests will be accepted.
  • If you receive defective merchandise or incorrect products, you must immediately contact customer support representatives at support@coolcutebackpacks.com (Click here!) with proof of the mistake. All the items must be returned in the original condition as received. A full refund, including return shipping cost, will be issued immediately when we confirm your return via a tracking number which you must provide.
  • For all other returns, including a change of preference, a partial refund, less the original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee, will be offered. You must pay return shipping costs in these cases as well.

Security

  • All personal information of customers is transmitted via 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and encrypted and stored in a strongly protected server.
  • MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com) monitors all the IP addresses accessing the website 24 hours a day. Thus, criminals attempting to hack the website will be immediately reported to Interpol, and simultaneously their IPs will be blocked from accessing the website.

The Information The Website Collects

  • MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com) only collects information that is provided during registration or placing an order. Throughout these processes, you may provide us with your information such as name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, IP address, shipping preferences, and product preferences.
  • MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com) is not capable of collecting or storing credit card information of customers. When you click the “Place order” button on the checkout page, you are transmitted to the payment pages of payment gateway companies like PayPal or Amazon Payments according to your payment choice. Therefore, it is impossible for our company to collect or store customers’ credit card details in our server.

Information Use

  • MuHan Trade (www.coolcutebackpacks.com) makes use of the collected information to provide you the most effective shopping experience and to inform you about various promotions and new brands along with other services. We do not make use of the information for creating profiles of our clients.

Therefore, we cannot block minors from accessing the website. Hence all minors are required to purchase items on the website with the permission of their parent or guardians.
  • Parents or guardians have the responsibility to monitor and control their children’s online purchases. Thus, we have no responsibility for the issues which may be caused pertaining to a child’s online purchases.
